agree to pay damages of $15,000 to Jean Haas Inc. within 120 days from the date of written notice.

be in violation of law, it will not void any of the other provisions or the agreement as a whole.

with out notice.

Inc. represent it's uniqueness in the process of preparation, taping, finishing a dress form which pattern making
and pants making processes are taught by a dressform designer licensed by Jean Haas, Inc.
